Boneless beef is cut from trimmed beef cuts into medium cubes or chunks, supplied by weight. A 1kg order typically serves 4–5 people in a curry or karahi. We can prepare it as smaller cubes for a quick-cooking karahi or larger chunks for a slow-braised stew — let us know when ordering.
Fully Boneless
Boneless beef is, as the name suggests, completely bone-free — all bone and heavy connective tissue is removed before cutting. This makes it faster to cook and easier to portion than bone-in cuts, though it won't produce quite as thick a gravy as bone-in beef used for dishes like nihari, where the bone and connective tissue are specifically wanted.
Minimum Order & Preparation Options
Minimum order for boneless beef is 1kg. We supply boneless beef as medium cubes by default. On request, we can cut it into smaller pieces for a quicker karahi, or thicker chunks for slow-cooked stews and curries where the meat needs to hold together over a longer cook time.

Cooking Recommendations
Boneless beef benefits from slower cooking to become tender — beef is tougher than chicken and needs more time for the connective tissue to break down. Braise or simmer on low-medium heat for at least 45–60 minutes, or use a pressure cooker to speed this up. Searing the cubes first on high heat before adding liquid helps build flavor into the final dish.
Storage & Freshness
Refrigerate immediately after delivery and use within 1–2 days for best quality. Boneless beef freezes well for up to two months in an airtight bag — thaw in the refrigerator before cooking rather than at room temperature.
