Beef qeema is ground from trimmed boneless beef, supplied by weight. A 1kg order is enough for a qeema curry, a batch of kofta, or samosa/paratha filling serving 4–5 people. We can adjust the fat ratio slightly leaner or richer depending on the dish — let us know if you have a preference.

Beef qeema is entirely boneless, as it's ground meat. Because it's minced fresh from trimmed cuts, there's no bone, skin or connective tissue to deal with — it's ready to season and cook as soon as it arrives.

Minimum order for beef qeema is 1kg. We grind beef qeema fresh once your order is placed rather than from pre-minced stock. On request, we can grind it finer for a smoother kofta texture or coarser for a chunkier qeema curry.

Cooking Recommendations
Cook beef qeema on medium-high heat, breaking it up as it cooks to avoid large clumps forming. Beef qeema releases more fat than chicken qeema as it cooks — you can drain some of this off partway through if you prefer a leaner final dish. Add vegetables like peas (for qeema matar) once the meat is mostly cooked through, so they don't overcook while the meat finishes.
Storage & Freshness
Minced meat has a shorter shelf life than whole cuts — cook beef qeema within 24 hours of delivery, or freeze it immediately if you're not using it the same day. Frozen beef qeema keeps for up to two months; thaw in the refrigerator before cooking.
